Mr Jimmy Eappen is a passionate educator who started his teaching career in 1988. He has worked in many institutions across the country taking up different responsibilities such as warden, teacher and vice principal. In the year 2000 he decided to shift his focus from formal schools to Early Years.
He joined Julia Gabriel Centre of Singapore and completed his diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care along with a Teaching Certificate from Trinity College London in Speech and Drama.
After coming back to India, he pioneered the setting up process of the first Julia Gabriel Centre in New Delhi. Moving on from there in 2007, he started Intellitots Early Learning Centre in Gurgaon. He is well known in Gurgaon for the Mom and Me programs and the Speech and Drama programs. Parents and children admire him for his passion, patience, commitment to quality, dedication and love for children. He firmly believes that each child is unique and the role of a teacher is to enable each one to actualise his/her dream and potential.
Mr Jimmy holds a Masters degree in Arts from Madras University, Bachelors degree in Teaching from North Easter Hill University of Shillong, Diploma in Psychology and Counselling from Bangalore University, Diploma in Early Childhood care and Education from Julia Gabriel Institute Singapore and a teaching Certification in Speech Drama and Communications Art from Trinity College, London.
Ms Reena Singh

Ms Reena Singh is an extremely passionate education professional. She has over 17 years of rich experience in various domains in the field of education. She has expertise in curriculum design, technology in education, assessment and evaluation, professional development for teachers, pedagogies based on the theory of Multiple Intelligences, learning styles and school administration related skills.
She is Bachelor of Education and is a Bachelor of Science from University of Rajasthan in Life Sciences. She also holds an Advance Diploma in Value Based Education from Institution of Sathya Sai Education Mumbai and has taken Montessori Training from IMC Banglore. She also produced a CD on value based rhymes.
Starting her professional journey from SSSVV School in Madhya Pradesh where she spent 3 years as a Head Mistress, She taught students in Montessori methods and science in Primary classes. She also developed curriculum for the Montessori wing of the school. She further trained teachers in Montessori methods and conducted workshops on innovative methods of teaching Science.
Her second leadership role was with DPS, Indrapuram where she was recognised by the organization for her valuable contributions to the school. she organised and coordinated various workshops and training for staff on Montessori methods, value education, parenting and innovative methods of teaching. She also coordinated these workshops for other schools in Delhi NCR.
She further excelled her leadership skills as a Head Mistress at Gennext School Noida. At Gennext she was not only responsible for the academics and staff development but also brand building. Some of the notable achievements included successfully attaining reasonable enrolment within short span and establishing Montessori lab in limited time. The school was awarded as one of the best Paylschools and Day care in Noida under her leadership.
Reena recently completed her IB certification course in October 2016.

Monica has more than a decade of experience in Early Childhood Learning and her passion for developing curriculum for very young children saw her in several leadership roles with reputed Pre Schools in the NCR.
She is adept in design and implementation of developmentally appropriate curricula and learning environments. She is resourceful, caring and dedicated to creating positive learning experiences for children and teachers.
Having graduated in Commerce and then Chartered Accountancy she has a great sense of commercials and an understanding of regulatory matters in the early learning area.
A great affinity towards young children made her specialize in Early Childhood Education. She is a distinction holder in Early Childhood Education from Modern Montessori International, London. She has experience in preschool teaching and teacher training and has headed the Teacher Training Centre of MMI India. She has worked extensively in setting up Teacher training centres across India for MMI.
Monica has to her credit several independent workshops conducted for Montessori and Early Childhood Education, which she conducted, pan India and in Colombo (Srilanka), for educators of various Schools
In her previous role as an Early Years Curriculum Specialist she was part of the Academic Excellence Team of International educators and advisors of School Reform from UK. She was working across all 7 branches of Manav Rachna Schools bringing in a global perspective to overall teaching and learning practices and supported the implementation of the American ‘Paragon curriculum’, an online, integrated social studies curriculum for Grades Pre-K - V .
Monica helped introduce the latest international pedagogy and teaching strategies and practices which encourage more hands on, practical based learning for children by designing an Early Years curriculum for the age 1.5 years to 6 years.
Monica helped implement an internationally recognized program of Phonics which showed a profound improvement in the standards of reading in Early Years.
Her focus and passion remained in the early learning vertical, all through her career of being an educator.
Monica brings with her, the collective wisdom of her knowledge of Early Childhood learning compounded with a clear sense of the ‘Pathways ethos, having experienced it first hand, through her children, who were students of Pathways Aravali.
Ms. Shafaq Shafi Bhat

Ms.Shafaq Shafi Bhat a Bachelor in Education and Bachelor in Science is a passionate, highly motivated and enthusiastic Early Years Educator. She brings with her a rich experience of 16 years as an Early Years Childhood Eduactor in an American International school in Thailand culminating in her postion as Head of the Early Childhood Center (ECC) for a period of 4years. Her leadership values correspond to her core teaching values of inclusion, openness, hands on approach,empathy,mutual support and continually striving to improve the pupils’ learning experience and placing emphasis on the latest educational developments. She has always sought to foster an open environment that embraced the rich breadth of her pupils’ backgrounds, cultures and ethnicities and identified with different cultures and nationalities, fair and equal with everyone.
As Head of ECC, she has been at the forefront of tracking initiatives that ensured the school responded to the challenges and maintained a positive dialogue with parents with the goal of ensuring that they understood the objectives of the school. She has acquired considerable experience in staff leadership, mentoring newly qualified teachers and student teachers, and in managing teams of staff. Her position as head of ECC offered her several opportunities to make use of her leadership skills for the betterment of the school. Amongst other initiatives, she led the Early Childhood Center first towards adopting the NAEYC curriculum (National Association for the Education of Young Children) and then towards the Common Core curriculum and creation of Standard Based report cards to align with the Elementary school curriculum in her previous school in Thailand.
