Table Tennis, Soccer and Basketball Friendly Matches
Pathways Aravali

As School Table Tennis team gear up for upcoming Inter School we have got a friendly match to play against Shikshanter School on 31st of March in Table Tennis and Basketball game. It was quite a good exposure where opponent team has few famous players. It was based on league matches where Parth Bhargawa of Grade 8 turned out to be winner and Aditya Maurya of Grade 7 stood runner up (Under – 15 category) Result has remained unchanged in Basketball as well. We have won both the categories in Boys and Girls defeated Shikshanter school by 30 – 10 in boys and 20 – 12 in girls.

On the 30th of March, Pathways World School invited the club, Quantum, for a friendly football match. Both teams showed immense avidity before the game, although keeping in mind the affable environment of the field. However, this does not mean that either of the teams backed down, but rather both teams played with great vigour and effort despite the obstinate heated weather that day. The players of PWS and Quantum applied their strength, intelligence, and team effort in the game. By half-time, the score looked slightly unfavourable for our team but that didn’t stop them from getting back on the field with the same energy as what they had started with. Both teams defended their goals as much as they could, and the match ended with a striking goal by Quantum in the last few minutes. Quantum won the match by 2-1. Even though our team lost both teams showed great sportsmanship at the end of the game by shaking hands and congratulating each other. This game was not an easy one and our team put in the effort and the zeal that was required of them and this loss did not extinguish their determination for a win, for the next time.
