Senior School Principal

Mr. Umar Jaffer
Mr Jaffar has over 20 years of teaching and administrative experience in various different roles including IB examiner, IB Diploma Program Coordinator, Deputy Head and Head of School. His previous post was as Principal of the Indus International School, Hyderabad. Prior to this he has worked with Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Mumbai; The International School of Bangalore (TISB), Bangalore; Lawrence School, Lovedale and Good Shepherd International School, Ooty. He holds a Masters degrees in Math and Philosophy.

Middle School Principal

Ms. Sunanda Sandhir
Ms Sandhir has over 17 years experience in premier Indian and International schools such as Vidya Sanskar International School, Faridabad; G.D. Goenka World School, Gurgaon; Elc International School, Malaysia, in education and school administration. She has trained close to a thousand teachers in various parts of India. Her last assignment was with GEMS Education. She has a degree in Education and is qualified in IGCSE Math from CIE, UK.

Primary School Principal

Ms. Usha Lamba
Ms Lamba's previous experience includes working at Riyadh International School, the British School, Riyadh and the Pristine Private School, Dubai and Vasant Valley school in New Delhi in various capacities including Principal/HeadMistress, Kindergarten Coordinator and Class teacher Prior to Pathways, Ms. Lamba was with Emirates International School, Dubai. She holds a Masters Degree in Psychology and has over 24 years experience in the education.

PYP Coordinator

Swati Sawant
Dr. Swati Sawant has enormous experience as a teacher, coordinator, administrator, consultant and a workshop leader in pre schools, primary schools and secondary schools with varying curricula including SSC, ICSE, CBSE, Waldorf and IB curriculums. She has also helped in setting up an ICSE and a CBSE school. She spent many years at Ecole Mondiale World School, Mumbai and most recently at Garodia International Centre for Learning. She has conducted multiple workshops for teachers on different aspects of the PYP, the IB Learner Profile, Mind Mapping, Lateral Thinking, Multiple Intelligences etc.

Dr. Sawant has a keen interest in Dance, Music and Painting and has presented Bharatanatyam recitals at some of India's prestigious dance festivals. Working with underprivileged children and training teachers who work with them, especially at the Art of Living School in Dharavi, Mumbai is her passion.

IB DIPLOMA COORDINATOR

Ms Geeta Verma
Ms Geeta Verma ; a Post graduate in English Literature from IGNOU, did her graduation in Eng Honours from Lady Sriram College Delhi University. Subsequently, she did her B.Ed on scholarship from CIE [Central Institute of Education], Delhi University. She joined Pathways School NOIDA in July 2012 as the IBDP Coordinator.

She has been an international curriculum teacher since 2004 when she joined Pathways World School Aravali where she taught English to Middle Years, IGCSE and DP. She took over as the Head of Department there in April 2008 and was teacher coordinator for a number of activities. Ms Verma has attended a number of workshops covering IGCSE FLE, English Literature and Theory of Knowledge and is also an IB Diploma Examiner for World Literature and Extended Essay in English Literature. Her passion for TOK has led her to take special interest in the subject and she has conducted workshops as part of various schools’ INSET. A passionate reader herself, she hopes to create a love for reading in her students as well. Currently pursuing a Post Graduate Diploma in Educational Administration from Symbiosis University, Ms Geeta continues to teach IGCSE FLE and Lit, DP Lang A- Lit SL and TOK.
