I have seen the school grow from strength to strength, especial the residences. We now have 7 residences that are fully functional. We presently have 517 boarders alone across grade 3 to 12 boys and girls, looking forward to the further growth in the residences. We will require a couple of new buildings to come up shortly to accommodate the influx of students. This brings joy to us as a team, to know that the more boarders we get the better it will be. Great learning experience, for all the Residence Parents, who join the Pathways family.
Our Saturday Club activities are something that the students look forward to. We have a wide range of activities which we offer for the various age groups spanning from grades 3 to 11. It gives them a chance to do things that they would normally not do. The Residence Parents along with the support of the academic staff run this program successfully every Saturday. With every new staff that joins the family comes new ideas and talents which adds colour to the weekend activities for the boarders.
There are also a lot of in house activities which are organize by the Residence Parents. This gives them time to bond with the students differently and also helps them to connect and understand each other better.
Quite often we organize various fun activities for the boarders on the weekend, where we have the staff and students on the campus who join in the fun.
It is very heartening, to see the integration of students across all Residences, accepting and respecting each other’s cultures. Pathwazians are proud of their unique culture.
We as Residence Parents have the privilege of seeing the children grow into young responsible adults, which parents miss out on.
It is quite nostalgic when they come to visit you after many years and jog your memory to some small incidents that have left an impression in their lives, the appreciation they show us for all that we as Residences Parents have done for them in their years at Pathways is unbelievable.
