Ms. Natasha is an alumnus of the Lady Shriram College, Delhi. After completing graduation, she pursued her love for language and drama and joined Julia Gabriel Centre for Speech and Drama. She also completed her Diploma in Early Childhood care and Education from Julia Gabriel Institute, Delhi. She has 7 years of enriching experience with Step by Step School, Noida.

Ms. Rachna Trehan is a passionate educator who brings with her a rich experience of more than 25 years. Working in various capacities in Pre-School and K-12 education system, Ms. Trehan has set a benchmark in the sphere of academics, co-curricular activities, sports and social equity programs. While remaining committed and connected to all her students, her particular focus has been on coaching, mentoring and professional development of the school staff to ensure high academic achievement for all students.

Ms. Trehan is a result –focused leader specializing in building teams, aiming to provide excellent academic standards based on pioneering state of the art teaching methods and tools. She is a firm believer in multiple intelligence based approach in education coupled with use of innovative learning methods including interactive discussions, technology and experiential learning. She has attended several workshops that honed her skills. To add to her professional repertoire, she has conducted several workshops for the students, teachers and parents.
