Welcome Letter (Academic Year 2022-23)

Dear Parents,

Greetings from Pathways School Gurgaon!

I wish the entire Pathways community a very warm welcome to the new academic year 2022-23.

As always, I believe this new school year will continue to usher in a season of tremendous learning, numerous experiences and great achievements.

At Pathways, it is our quest to ensure a safe, tranquil, stimulating and intellectually challenging environment for our students. We endeavor to fulfill all the learning needs of students through shared collaboration and commitment to bring out the best in each of them.

The PSG faculty has commenced school from 06 July 2022. It does feel wonderful to have everyone back on campus and engaged in what we all do best: learning.

As we usher in our twelfth year at PSG, the school has grown by leaps and bounds and we continue to delight and celebrate the spirit of Pathways. We are growing a school culture and community based on our five shared core values:

• Commitment and Responsibility,
• Self-regulated learners,
• Collaboration and Partnerships and
• Self -driven learning.

Each one is a part of this uplifting and inspiring process.

As we begin the new year with complete on campus learning I ask all our students to be mindful of school rules, policies, and safety protocols. I continue to emphasize on discipline, punctuality, personal grooming, school attendance, commitment, and mutual respect. I would advise to remain masked in public spaces as being safe is an individual responsibility.

The PSG Community theme of the AY 2022-23 is “Dignity and a Collaborative school culture.” I hope you would echo the same notion that the most important elements in the school journey of a child apart from learning are collaboration, balance, good relationships, and trust. With this I would urge, that you will continue to instil in your children a sense of pride in and belonging to the school.

We will be opening school with on-campus learning for all our students as follows-

• 18 July 2022 Grades PYP 3 to DP2/CP 1
• 19 July 2022 Grades PYP 1 and PYP 2
• 20 July 2022 Grades Nursery and Kindergarten
• 21 July 2022 Grades Pre-Nursery

I hope this year brings much adventure, myriad opportunities, initiatives, innovative practices, great learning experiences that prove to be a treasure trove of memories for the PSG learning community. We eagerly await to welcome our students back on campus for an exciting year ahead.
