Parent Partnership
Dear Parents,
As the Pathways Parent Partnership continues to work towards our shared vision and mission of enhancing the student learning experiences, we are delighted to welcome our new self-nominated parent members. We are certain that the new experiences and perspectives that our new members bring will enrich our shared endeavours. At the same time, I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude and appreciation to the outgoing PPP members for their valuable contributions and support this past year.
The mutual trust, cooperation and feedback of the parent community are key in providing a vibrant and healthy learning environment for our students. During the academic year 2021-22, the PPP members were able to engage, advise and support in several ways. The coffee mornings were organized across grades and continuous parental feedback on different aspects was discussed. We introduced a #PathPlay programme, a series of exclusively curated events for parents to relive their school days and pick up a new skill. The events were well-received and will continue to be part of our parent engagement programmes this year. The thoughtful gestures of appreciation to the teachers on Teachers Day, 2021 were also much appreciated.
We are delighted to introduce our PPP members for the year 2022- 23.
Ms. Khushboo Mawandia (Pre-Nursery to PYP1)
A committed and a passionate mother, Ms. Khushboo is a Graduate from Pearl Academy of Fashion. After a break, she is now working as the Director at KVNM Trade - Garments and Accessories Export House. In the past, she has worked as a Merchandiser at Li & Fung Pvt. Ltd.
Ms. Sukhwinder Kaur (PYP 2 and 3)
Ms. Kaur is an HR and Communications specialist. She worked for 13 years with corporates namely Airtel, Ericsson, NIIT to name a few before calling it quits.
She holds a master’s degree in English, Bachelor’s in Education (B.Ed) diploma in training and Development, and certificate program in HR from XLRI. Currently, she is associated with leading business schools as a freelance communication specialist.
Ms. Neha M Sharma (PYP 4)
Ms. Neha has 20 years of experience in Data Science, Consulting and Entrepreneurship. She is the Co-founder & COO of Indus Insights - a Data Sciences & Analytics Consulting firm that serves financial services clients across 4 continents.
In her personal time, Ms. Sharma is passionate about baking recipes & international cuisines. Ms. Sharma is an avid traveller and lives in Gurgaon.
Dr. Payal Kothari (PYP Grade 5)
Dr. Payal Kothari is the Director of Om Optel Industries Pvt. Ltd, a leading manufacturer of telecom products. She is a keen explorer and a lifelong learner.
Dr. Kothari is a classically trained Bharatanatyam artist and enjoys trekking. A proud mother of 2 boys, Dr. Kothari is a believer in parenting by example and is passionate about the holistic development of every child.
Ms. Aarushi Verma (MYP1)
Ms. Aarushi is MSc in IT and marketing from the university of Portsmouth UK, 2001. She has also been a part of the E-learning community since the year 2000 to maximise learning outcomes for young adults and professionals. Ms. Verma has spent many years as a learning designer, instructional coach and e-learning project manager.
Ms. Verma is presently working with REN Projects as a consultant with clients namely Ashoka, Plaksha on new program design, student enrolment, brand and market strategy. Ms. Verma hopes to work with the school community to continuously imbibe a strong moral code, academic excellence and access to pragmatic learning; for our children at Pathways.
Dr. Prashant Singh (MYP 2 and MYP 3)
Dr. Prashant Singh is an intensivist and the Director of Shubham Group of Hospitals, Varanasi.
Dr. Singh is a philanthropist and is passionate about solving social issues.
Mr. Sanjay Menon (MYP 4 and 5)
Mr. Sanjay Menon is based in Gurgaon and in addition to a long career in consulting is an avid sports fan, blogger and a self-confessed foodie. He is currently the Managing Director of Publicis Sapient in India.
Mr. Menon has a post graduate degree in finance from Delhi University.
Ms. Nidhi Kapoor (CP 1 and DP)
Ms. Nidhi Kapoor is a graduate from IIM Lucknow, and currently works with Accenture in a global HR role.
Ms. Kapoor has over 16 years of experience across different industries including IT, biotechnology, consumer durables and development sectors.
We are delighted to introduce our PPP members for the year 2022- 23 and look forward to the new and innovative ideas and programmes that we can conceive of and implement together.
