Nelson Mandela once said, “We can change the world and make it a better place. It is in your hands to make a difference.”
Resonating with this quote, Abeer Khosla and Anshuman Nagpal, students of MYP1, Pathways World School Aravali, endeavoured to work towards a benevolent cause and support the education of the underprivileged.
They worked tirelessly to create and design handmade fridge magnets. During the process they experimented with different types of clays that best suited their requirements for making good quality and durable magnets. Their journey was full of excitement and enthusiasm, and they persevered to dedicate ourselves to the cause.
They exhibited their handmade magnets in Dastkar, Nature Bazaar, New Delhi for two consecutive weekends feel proud and grateful to have raised funds that they can donate to help a child shape his/her future. They intend to take this initiative forward and contribute meaningfully to the lives of others whenever they get an opportunity to do so!
