April 22nd, Earth Day marks the anniversary of the birth of the modern environmental movement in 1970. Today, it is widely recognized as the largest observance in the world, marked by more than a billion people every year as a day of action to change human behavior and create global change. To mark the importance of this Global movement, Primary School organized a “60 seconds to FAME” for the students, wherein they presented speeches, poems, mono acts, skits, and songs to promote love and care towards all living beings and the environment. Both students and faculty dressed in hues of green as a symbol of Life, Renewal, Resurrection, and Festivity.
