Saanvi Sehgal, a mentee from PYP 5 Q continues to impact the society by her measurable action of DE concretizing trees in the NCR region. Saanvi and her team volunteers met Mr. P.C. Meena, Commissioner, Municipal Corporation of Gurgaon (’MCG’). The agentic learners demonstrated the competency of Problem Solving and made a representation against the rampant concretization of trees in the DLF City area. Being a conservationist himself, Mr. Meena agreed to resolve the alarming issue and has ordered an immediate action to save trees. He confirmed compliance of his directions by providing the ‘before’ and ‘after’ pictures after 15 days thus providing intrinsic motivation to the Social advocates.
