Board game is an excellent remedy for the world that is constantly distracted by blinking screens. The lack of technology required to play board games makes them special.
Board games week was celebrated in Pathways library and children had a lot during this week. The students of middle school unplugged from reading for a week in the Library and played board games. Both teachers and students played and enjoyed different Board games like Monopoly, chess, scrabble ,Mancala, Puzzles, Ludo etc. Children showcased cognitive skills such as decision making, higher level strategic thinking, and problem solving and learnt to be patient, self- confident and creative. It was a week of fun with learning and was a huge success.
