Capt. Bajaj is a globally recognized educational leader. He is an IB Evaluation Leader for DP & CP schools, President of Association for Heads of IB World Schools India, and a CIS and NEASC Accreditation visiting team member for International Schools.

The leadership team comprises of Ms. Sangeeta Nag, Principal Senior School, Ms Dimpu Sharma, Principal Middle School and Ms. Anuradha Sawhney, Principal Primary School. All three are highly experienced educators with a deep understanding of the IB.

The faculty comprises of highly trained IB educators, many of whom are content writers, examiners, workshop leaders and IBEN members.

Pathways School Gurgaon is India’s first and currently the only IB continuum school, offering all 4 IB programmes. Here the IB curriculum is delivered with an aim to develop students’ competencies and mindset to become life-long learners.
